We are currently seeking a Business Value Consultant to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Business Value Analyst – AI-Native BPS Location: Hybrid / Client-Facing Type: Full-Time Role Overview: You will be responsible for quantifying the business impact of AI-native BPS solutions and turning data into compelling, executive-ready insights. Working closely with delivery, engineering, and client teams, you'll shape value narratives that demonstrate measurable ROI and enable decision-making at all levels
NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Value Analyst to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and track outcome metrics such as automation %, TAT reduction, and cost savings
• Analyze operational and financial data to build business cases and ROI models
• Craft executive dashboards, impact stories, and renewal narratives for client leadership
• Partner with process and tech teams to correlate AI outputs with business KPIs
• Translate before/after data into actionable insights and transformation stories
Required Skills:
• 5 years in business analysis, value realization, or strategy roles (BPS or consulting preferred)
• Advanced Excel + proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills, especially with C-level stakeholders
• Experience working on AI/automation or platform-based digital transformation programs
• Ability to connect operational improvements to financial and strategic outcomes
