Technology FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology FP&A Analyst with a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis, preferably complemented by a CPA and hands-on experience across fintech, accounting, compliance, and process optimization. This role partners closely with business leaders to deliver advanced financial insights, forecast accuracy, and meaningful enhancements to critical financial processes.

What You’ll Do

• Build advanced financial models and perform deep-dive analyses to assess new business initiatives, cost structures, and forward-looking forecasts.
• Tackle the most complex financial challenges independently, designing innovative analytical approaches and crafting solutions to difficult problems.
• Play a key role in the annual planning cycle and quarterly forecasting process. Own and validate multi-year projections across revenue, expenses, assets, and cash flow. Create strategic reports that surface financial and operational insights for senior leadership.
• Develop performance metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure business health, project ROI, and investment effectiveness.
• Lead ad hoc and recurring profitability analyses across products and distribution channels, providing guidance that supports team development and broader financial strategy.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and support additional responsibilities as needed.

What You Bring

• Work experience in FP&A supporting technology.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Economics, Finance, or related field strongly preferred. Graduate degree is a plus.
• CPA, CFM, CMA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.
• Strong understanding of fintech, accounting, and compliance with a demonstrated track record in process improvement.
