Job Description

1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
2. Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, and video) aligned with brand guidelines.
3. Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later , or Meta Business Suite .
4. Manage and grow online communities through active engagement, comments, and messages.
5. Run paid social media campaigns and optimize them for better reach and ROI.
6. Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content relevant to the brand’s industry.
7. Collaborate with graphic designers , content writers , and marketing teams to ensure cohesive communication.
8. Track performance using social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
9. Generate monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
10. Maintain brand consistency and voice across all platforms.
11. Assist in influencer collaborations and brand partnerships .
12. Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms , trends, and best practices.
