Responsibilities: • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Real estate license required • Great communication About Company: As a top-selling team, we operate with a clear set of core values that drive both our culture and our results.
