Job Title: Commercial Millwork / Cabinet Maker

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Millwork / Cabinet Maker to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful, functional, and enduring woodwork pieces for our diverse range of commercial clients. Position requires experience in custom millwork fabrication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Construct high-quality custom cabinets and millwork for commercial settings, ensuring precision and aesthetic appeal.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to execute projects according to client and company standards.
- Select appropriate materials, such as wood, laminates, and veneers, to ensure durability and quality.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools efficiently and safely to cut, shape, and assemble components.
- Collaborate with production managers and team members to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and complies with safety regulations.
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding surfaces to achieve a polished look.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Work in a team environment where cross-training is encouraged and desired.
- Perform duties as assigned in relation to position and team goals.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a millwork / cabinet maker, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and joinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to handle the demands of woodworking, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
