QA TESTER – BUILT IN ONE (BIO) –FULL-TIME

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented QA Tester to join our growing team at Built In One , a fast-scaling gig economy + fintech platform launching in Miami.

You will work directly with our Founder and Lead Developer to test new features, catch bugs, validate flows, and ensure our app is stable, clean, and ready for users.

Role Overview

Your job is to test our mobile and web app DAILY, report bugs clearly, and verify that everything works properly before release. You must be reliable, organized, and excellent at documenting issues

Responsibilities

• Test all app features for functionality, UX issues, and performance
• Identify bugs and inconsistencies across mobile + web
• Create clear bug reports with screenshots, videos, and steps to reproduce
• Retest and confirm fixes once the developer updates the code
• Run weekly regression tests
• Test onboarding, gig posting, notifications, wallet flows, and more
• Follow detailed test cases (we will provide templates)
• Track issues in our task system (Notion / Trello / ClickUp)
• Communicate daily with the founder or developer on progress

Requirements

• 1+ year QA experience (or strong attention to detail with samples)
• Ability to write simple, clear bug reports
• Experience testing web and mobile apps
• Stable internet and reliable device
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work during PH daytime with overlap to US time (at least 1–2 hours)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn fast

⭐ Bonus Skills (Not required but preferred)

• Experience with gig apps or marketplace platforms
• Familiarity with Stripe, onboarding flows, or user dashboards
• Experience with QA tools (Jira, TestRail, Notion, etc.)
• UX awareness

⏰ Work Hours

• Part-Time (20 hours/week)
• Flexible schedule, with daily updates required
• Long-term role with growth potential

Salary Range

$1,000-$1,200 per month (depending on experience)
