We are seeking an energetic and motivated Event Management Trainee to join our fast-paced marketing and promotions team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who want hands-on experience in event management, live promotions, customer engagement, and team leadership .

As an Event Management Trainee, you will work directly with senior event managers to plan, coordinate, and execute live promotional events for a variety of clients. With personalized mentorship and paid training , this role equips you with the skills and experience needed to launch a successful career in event management, marketing, and promotions .
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives
Support event setup, teardown, and on-site logistics for smooth execution
Engage with attendees, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
Represent partner brands professionally at all times
Track event performance, gather feedback , and report insights to leadership
Collaborate with team members to achieve event goals and deliver outstanding results
Learn and apply leadership skills , with opportunities to train and mentor new team members
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
