We're on a mission to disrupt the industry with high-impact marketing, bold creative, and clean, effective products. We're looking for a talented Video Editor / Videographer to join our fast-paced creative team. If you're passionate about storytelling, know your way around a camera and the Adobe suite, and love the idea of bringing fitness-focused content to life, we want to meet you. What You'll Do - Own the process - From concept to final cut: pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Create eye-catching content for social media ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing & content teams to develop video strategies that align with our brand voice and goals.
- Shoot high-quality footage using Canon or comparable cameras; use personal gear when needed for b-roll or solo shoots.
- Edit with purpose - Cut, color grade, sound mix, and add motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Stay current on creative trends, editing techniques, and performance-based video content.
- Manage equipment & assets - Keep files organized and studio gear in working order.
- Take feedback like a champ - Be open to collaboration, coaching, and evolving your creative skills.
What You Bring - 1-2 years of video editing/videography experience (experience in performance marketing is a plus!)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong understanding of motion graphics and animation
- Comfort with on-set production - lighting, audio, camera setup
- Bonus points for audio editing experience
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A team-player mindset with a strong creative eye and attention to detail
