Fidelity TalentSource is your destination for discovering your next temporary role at Fidelity Investments. We are currently sourcing for a Talent Sourcing Partner to work in Smithfield, RI, Covington, Kentucky, Merrimack, New Hampshire, or Greenwood Village, CO!

The Role

As a Sourcing Partner, you will use your passion, curiosity, and creative skills to identify, engage and attract top talent utilizing various AI tools, research, and social media channels. As a SP, you will act as an ambassador for Fidelity while sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified external talent to leaders across Fidelity.

• Create various talent pipelines

• Passive Talent Sourcing and Screening

• Provide Market Data Research to Business Leaders

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates by keeping them excited about Fidelity and engaged in the process

• Use sourcing strategies that attract diverse candidates aligning with the company’s diversity and inclusion goals.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 5+ years’ direct candidate sourcing experience with extensive knowledge of various sourcing methods and AI industry leading tools.

• A consultative approach with the ability to build positive relationships with hiring managers, as well as Talent Acquisition Partners

• A curious spirit with strong research and networking abilities to identify and engage with top talent across various industries.

• Working Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing automation tools

• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously, while proactively building talent pipelines

The Team

We are an experienced sourcing team with a collective focus to identify passive high quality external from a variety. We use various industry leading AI tools to source and attract talent.



Please see the below pay rate range for the work location of Rhode Island and Colorado only : $50.00-$60.00 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
