Position Details + Location: Fall River, MA + Start Date: ASAP + Schedule: Monday-Friday, varies based on school + Duration: Full 2025-2026 School Year + Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour - based on experience ?? Role Responsibilities + Provide direct support to students in 1:1 and small group settings + Assist with behavior support plans and academic activities + Collect and record data on student behavior and progress ? Ideal Candidate Has + Experience in Special Education and Behavioral Support + Comfort working with students with high needs and behavioral challenges + Skills in de-escalation, data collection, and behavior tracking + Patience, flexibility, and a calm demeanor in dynamic environments + Willingness to support other students and classrooms as needed ?? Open Roles + ?? Middle School - Social Emotional Focus Support students navigating social-emotional challenges in a structured middle school environment. This role involves: + Implementing coping strategies and emotional regulation techniques + Collaborating with counselors, teachers, and support staff + Promoting a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere ?? Elementary - ABA Focus Work 1:1 or in small group settings with elementary-aged students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities include: + Implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision + Collecting and analyzing behavioral data + Supporting academic and social development ?? Middle School - General Autism & Special Education Focus Provide academic and behavioral support to middle school students with autism and other special needs. Key duties: + Assisting with IEP goals and classroom accommodations + Promoting inclusive learning experiences + Supporting students across various academic and behavioral levels ?? Middle School - 1:1 with Individuals with Autism Work directly with a student on the autism spectrum in a personalized 1:1 setting. This role includes: + Implementing individualized support and behavior plans + Managing behaviors and fostering skill development + Helping the student engage in both academic and social activities ??
