About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Marketing and Brand Communication Officer to lead and elevate INDICO’s marketing and communication efforts. This role plays a critical part in shaping the brand's voice, executing high-impact go-to-market strategies, and driving both product and corporate visibility through integrated marketing and communication initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing and managing comprehensive omnichannel marketing plans and leading the successful launch of key products. In parallel, you will craft and implement strategic social media and public communication plans that engage audiences and align with INDICO’s broader communication goals.
You will manage content strategy and execution across platforms, from social media to newsletters and press releases, ensuring consistency, clarity, and resonance with target stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams along with the ability to manage brand events and influencer engagements. As a senior member of the team, you are expected to collaborate with strategic vision, hands-on execution, and strong storytelling that strengthens INDICO’s brand presence internally and externally.
What you will do, but not limited to:
Take full ownership of developing and executing end-to-end go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for key product launches.
Manage integrated multi-channel campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms to ensure brand visibility and customer engagement.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across advertising, social media, influencer collaborations, events, and public relations.
Craft and implement integrated internal communication and brand PR strategies that generate earned awareness, advocacy, and strong brand equity.
Build, manage, and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners, to amplify brand presence.
Plan and manage the execution of influencer engagements and brand events to support positioning and outreach goals.
Guide and execute social media and community engagement strategies, producing compelling content that influences public perception and drives action.
Proactively manage potential issues and crisis communication for both the company and brand.
Oversee third-party vendor and agency collaboration, from briefing through campaign execution and performance measurement.
Act as an advisor within cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and excellence in all communication and marketing initiatives.
Bachelor's degree from reputable universities majoring in economics, marketing, communication, business major, or equivalent experience.
Min. of 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience preferably in B2B/B2C Tech, E-commerce industry, or FMCG.
Detail oriented and strong creative abilities to conceptualize, develop, and implement marketing and brand communication initiatives.
Demonstrated success in building brands, with a strong focus on omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, portfolio management, and innovation development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
Excellent skills in strategic planning and analytical reasoning.
Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude individual.
Adapt quickly and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, often influenced by real-time developments and external factors.
Demonstrate the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Stay externally connected by identifying strategic opportunities and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, including media, business leaders, NGOs, government officials, and key opinion leaders.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
