Sales Representative (100% Commission-Based)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This is a 100% commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for top performers. You will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales with producing work orders.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience or a strong desire to succeed in a commission-only environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
