From clinical positions to hospitality roles to administrative positions, we offer all our team members the opportunity to create **joy** for themselves as well as the people whose lives they touch. **A Typical Day for a RN, Clinical Quality Specialist:** + You will serve the organization in a provisional status, providing key support for MDS Coordinator, Director of Health Services and Assistant Director of Health Services positions across the organization. + This position assists our communities in achieving the goal to provide the highest levels of quality during periods when a community experiences a loss in one of our key clinical leadership positions. + The primary purpose of this position is to periodically step into an interim clinical leadership position to support vacant positions within our Communities for Healthy Living. Because of our commitment to your health and well-being, you will be required to successfully complete a pre-hire health assessment, drug screen, and tobacco screen._ **Qualifications** **Licenses & Certifications** **Required** + Registered Nurse **Experience** **Required** + Due to the provisional nature of this position, candidates must demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptability to situations as well as the relationship ability to effectively influence through informal leadership when placed into a provisional role throughout the organization. + Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all applicable state and federal regulations, as well as fraud and compliance standards. + 2 years: RAC-C certification is required along with prior experience utilizing Electronic Health Record and MDS scrubber tools. + 2 years: Minimum of two years of experience working directly with MDS requirements and long-term-care reimbursement/billing practices.
