Job Summary:
The Public Areas Team Lead is responsible for the oversight of the Jackson Lake Lodge Public Areas department, including the training, recognition and coaching of six (6) Public Areas Attendants. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring Jackson Lake Lodge public spaces are cleaned and maintained in accordance with Grand Teton Lodge Company/Vail Resorts Brand Standards. The Public Areas Team Lead frequently interacts with guests of the hotel and is expected to provide exemplary service to all.
