Position Type: Full-time and part-time options available, with flexible scheduling including nights, days, or weekends.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1 to one nursing care in the home
Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per Plan of Care (POC)
Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
Accurate documentation in accordance with provided orders

Requirements:

Current LPN or RN license in the state
Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification
Compassionate and friendly demeanor
Required Medicals
