Position Type: Full-time and part-time options available, with flexible scheduling including nights, days, or weekends.
Responsibilities: - Provide 1 to one nursing care in the home
- Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per Plan of Care (POC)
- Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
- Accurate documentation in accordance with provided orders
Requirements: - Current LPN or RN license in the state
- Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor
- Required Medicals
