What You’ll Do:

• Schedule caregivers to deliver care in client homes
• Maintain clear and accurate scheduling documentation
• Provide occasional in-home staffing as needed
• Participate in some initial face-to-face client visits
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and timely care
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior office experience required
• Home care or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and stay organized
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
