Prep/Production Cook – Airport Lounge (American Airlines Admirals Club)

Pay: $20/hour


Schedule:

• Shift 1: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM (Off Sun, Mon, Tues)
• Shift 2: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM (Off Tues, Wed, Thurs)
  
   (Flexibility and open availability preferred)

Location: American Airlines Admirals Club – Charlotte Douglas International Airport (5501 Josh Birmingham Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28208)

As a Prep/Production Cook , you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality buffet service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you love food, thrive under pressure, and take pride in presentation, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, portion, and cook a variety of hot and cold dishes for buffet service.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
• Support special events and catered functions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

What We’re Looking For:

• Team-oriented, reliable, and adaptable individuals.
• 1–2 years of experience in food preparation or culinary roles (high-volume experience a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
