In this role, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs, motivation, and unwavering support. You will create a positive and encouraging environment to empower individuals on their fitness journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized training programs tailored to individual needs and goals including weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, pain and stress management, and other fitness goals using our proven RockStar Fitness methods.
• Motivate and guide clients throughout their workout sessions, ensuring proper technique, safety, and adapting and modifying exercises as necessary.
• Track client progress, make adjustments to programs as needed, and celebrate achievements alongside your clients.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to promote healthy lifestyle choices and behavior changes in their home life.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and positive demeanor during all client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a valid CPR/AED certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individual clients in a personal training setting (preferred).
• Strong understanding of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Encouraging, positive, and enthusiastic personality that embodies the RockStar Fitness spirit.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
