What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage Home Depot shoppers with a smile.

• Start friendly conversations—no hard selling!—and share what makes AllTech a trusted local provider.

• Educate customers on our HVAC and plumbing services , from maintenance to upgrades.

• Help schedule free, no-pressure consultations with our home comfort specialists.

• Represent a locally trusted brand with 25+ years in business, 27,000+ five-star reviews , and an A+ BBB rating .

• Record basic customer info and hand off leads to our professional service team.

You’ll be stationed at one of our Home Depot partner locations — Sterling, Fairfax Circle, or Reston —with flexible shifts and plenty of support from your team leader.

• Friendly, approachable, and confident talking with all kinds of people

• Dependable and professional—you show up and make a great impression

• Good listener and conversationalist, not pushy or scripted

• Looking for part-time hours and meaningful, flexible work

• Available on weekends (weekday options also available)

• Motivated to earn commissions in addition to your hourly pay
