Compensation & Incentives: • Year 1: Guaranteed base salary of $350,000• Bonus: 37.5% of net collections over $1 million
• Year 2 and beyond: 37.5% of net collections

Bring your advanced surgical skills to our respected, collaborative team while becoming an integral part of the Charlotte, North Carolina, community.
Demonstrate outstanding communication, a genuine commitment to patient care, and a strong passion for continuous learning to help elevate both the quality of care and patient experience.
Meet all required qualifications: • DDS or DMD degree
• Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Active North Carolina dental license or able to attain prior to start date
