Responsibilities:
- Design and execute interactive music workshops for young participants by utilizing music buckets as musical instruments.
- Create customized lesson plans that cater to different proficiency levels and encourage imaginative expression in budding musicians.
- Organize and manage performances and exhibitions to highlight the talents of the youth music-bucket ensemble.
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of music-bucket instruments and gear for optimal functionality.
- Collaborate closely with fellow educators and personnel to advance the overarching objectives and vision of the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in musical performance.
- Proficiency in playing various musical instruments.
- Strong improvisational skills.
- Ability to engage and entertain diverse audiences.
- US Work Authorization.
