Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of experience with IBM MQ (v8 or higher) in enterprise environments.
Strong experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB), ACE, or WebSphere Message Broker.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Shell, Bash, or Python for automation.
Knowledge of message formats (XML, JSON), WSDL, and REST/SOAP web services.
Experience working in distributed environments (Linux/Unix/Windows).
Understanding of high availability, clustering, and disaster recovery for MQ.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Tivoli, Splunk, AppDynamics, or custom scripts.
Experience in financial/banking/healthcare domain a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud-based messaging services (e.g., AWS MQ, Azure Service Bus).
Familiarity with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms.
Experience in DevOps CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Ansible) for middleware deployments.
Certifications in IBM MQ or Integration technologies is a plus.
