The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
- Building and maintaining a network of clients.
- Estimating property value by collating and analysing data as well as conducting site inspections.
- Providing advice on acquisitions, sale or investments and preparing valuation reports.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services and Financial Services.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
