**Job Description** Join our team as an assembler on the 2nd shift, focusing on cleanroom assembly for catheters that help prevent brain aneurysms. You will work primarily with a microscope and small hand tools to assemble intricate components such as coiling wire and tubing. **Responsibilities** + Perform cleanroom assembly for catheters using microscopes and small hand tools. + Assemble small components such as coiling wire and tubing. + Ensure high-quality workmanship and maintain meticulous attention to detail. + Adhere to strict attendance policies, allowing only one absence and one tardiness within the first 90 days. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using microscopes for extended periods. + Ability to work with small hand tools. + Understanding of cleanroom protocols and assembly processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in cleanroom or manufacturing environments is highly desired. + Capability to work long hours and manage repetitive tasks. + Entry-level candidates are welcome, provided they pass a hand assessment test. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits once permanent, including 100% coverage for medical benefits for employees and 50% for immediate family. The work schedule typically involves working 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, with average weekly hours ranging from 40 to 45. Managers are understanding and encourage communication and collaboration, provided quality and productivity standards are met. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
