This role is ideal for someone who loves a fast-moving, hands-on environment and isn’t afraid to experiment. From designing promo and print materials to traveling onsite for brand activations, you’ll play a key role in making our properties fun, memorable, and trend-setting.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

  • Translate brand concepts into standout visuals in the competitive student housing landscape.
  • Maintain strong brand consistency across all creative work.
  • Develop graphics for leasing campaigns, event promotion, campus ads, digital content, and more.
  • Build brand guides that capture each community’s personality, voice, aesthetic, and visual direction.

Brand Activations & Event Marketing

  • Plan and execute onsite brand activations for new developments, grand openings, and major resident events.
  • Manage vendor coordination, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Ensure events are memorable and photo-friendly.
  • Travel to properties to lead onsite branding installations and activations.
  • Integrate leasing initiatives into events to support full-funnel results.

New Development Portfolio Support

  • Partner with development and marketing teams to concept, design, and launch brand identities for new communities.
  • Create activation toolkits, including signage packages and promotional materials.
  • Differentiate each property with creative, experience-driven touchpoints.
  • Build strong relationships with campus leaders, student organizations, local businesses, and community partners.
  • Lead owner and partner calls, providing updates and showcasing progress.
  • Track and report activation results to guide future decisions and highlight impact.

Team Collaboration & Innovation

  • Collaborate within a high-performing marketing team and jump in where needed to keep initiatives moving.
  • Explore and implement innovative marketing tactics and creative approaches.
  • Bring thoughtful ideas to brainstorming sessions and confidently pitch concepts to leadership.

Brand Strategy Execution

  • Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines across platforms and properties.
  • Track and measure the success of brand activations to refine future campaigns.
  • Stay current on design, branding, and experiential marketing trends, applying them in fresh, relevant ways.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, branding, event management, or design.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Student housing or multifamily experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Proven experience in event coordination, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in small, collaborative teams.
  • Willing to travel for onsite activations.
  • Comfortable diving into new challenges and rolling up your sleeves.

Who You Are
You’re a creative thinker and a doer. You bring ideas to life through design, activations, and memorable onsite experiences. You work well in a flexible, collaborative environment and love seeing a brand fully come alive.

If you’re excited to build brands that students actually talk about, we’d love to meet you. Apply today and help shape the next generation of standout communities.
