As a Java/Pega Developer, you will be part of an Agile team responsible for building healthcare applications and implementing new features while ensuring adherence to best coding and development standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide counsel and advice to senior management on critical application development matters, often requiring cross-functional coordination.

  • Serve as the principal designer for complex, large-scale systems and subsystems, with deep knowledge of available technologies, tools, and existing designs.

  • Deliver comprehensive consultation to business units and IT leadership at the highest technical level across all phases of application programming and processes, spanning multiple development platforms and environments (host-based, distributed systems, client/server, software, hardware, etc.).

  • Partner closely with clients, IT management, and staff to identify application development solutions, whether through new or modified programs, reuse of existing code, program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions-or a combination thereof.

  • Research and evaluate alternative solutions, recommending the most efficient and cost-effective approach.

  • Design, code, and/or integrate new or modified programs, leveraging program development software alternatives and third-party solutions when applicable.

  • Document, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for applications.

  • Contribute thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc

  • Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable
