Job Description

  1. Develop, improve and implement HR strategies related but not limited to staffing, employee compensation, performance evaluation, training and development, etc., that aligns with the overall business objectives
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to set and drive long term strategy and growth
  3. Manage and oversee all HR & Admin operations and drive results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities
  4. Monitor and ensure compliance with local legal requirements and labor laws, maintain knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources
  5. Set goals, train, coach, and develop employees within HR & Admin and throughout the organization
