Join Our Dynamic Team of DJs and Event Assistants!
We're expanding rapidly and looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our team of assistants, AV technicians, and headliner DJs. We bring unforgettable experiences to weddings, school dances, and corporate events every weekend!
No Experience? No Problem!
Whether you're new to DJing or the event industry, we’ve got you covered. Our comprehensive training program is designed to help you grow from the ground up. Start as an assistant and work your way up to a high-tier technician or pursue the path to becoming a headliner DJ!
We’re searching for the next generation of talent eager to learn the ropes of the event industry right here in North Carolina!
Compensation And Growth Opportunities
Assistants are contractors earning $15 per hour with the potential to reach $20+ per hour in just a few months after completing the FSL Assistant Training.
Headline DJs : To be eligible for the FSL DJ School/Training program, you must first complete the FSL Assistant Training and actively work as an event assistant during training. Headline DJs typically earn between $600 and $1,000+ per event. Headline DJs: While prior experience is a plus, it’s not required—passion and commitment matter most!
Corporate Technician: If you're interested in becoming an Audio Technician, Video Technician, or General Corporate Technician, there’s a clear path to grow into that role. It starts with completing the Event Assistant training, which gives you a strong foundation and a well-rounded understanding of the company and its various positions. Once you've completed this training, you can move into a general tech role and quickly begin focusing on your desired specialty with additional training. No experience required.
