As a Fire Mitigation + Cleaning Technician, you’ll be at the heart of that mission—restoring properties, caring for belongings, and supporting customers when they need it most. This is a hands-on role that combines cleaning, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frequent lifting and moving of customer's belongings, ranging in weight from 5 pounds to 50+ pounds.

• Perform other cleaning tasks as needed, including post-construction, odor removal, upholstery, trauma, and biohazard cleaning.

• Accurately document all job activities, including photos, notes, and forms, in company software.

• Report equipment issues, customer concerns, or damage to supervisors.

• Complete tasks according to company processes, maintaining quality control on each job.

• Participate in the on-call rotation and potential weekend/overtime shifts.

Ideal Candidate:

• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work each day.

• Team player who listens well and stays focused on tasks.

• Clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills.

• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality service.

• Comfortable following instructions and safety guidelines.

• Professional in appearance and demeanor.

Must Haves:

• Must be able to pass a background check going back to age 18 and a pre-employment drug screening.

• Must have an active Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.

Development Opportunities:

• Advanced fire, pack-out, and structure cleaning techniques.

• Restoration strategies for a wide range of property types.

• Collaboration and time management in a fast-paced industry.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Lift, carry, push, or pull 50–70lbs frequently.

• Stand, walk, squat, crawl, and crouch for extended periods.

• Wear respirators and safety gear when required.

• Work in varied indoor/outdoor environments (with or without climate control), able to be in crawl spaces, able to use ladders.

• Follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively.

Benefits & Perks:

• $17–$19/hour (based on experience and certifications)

• Continuous development for your career

• Medical and Dental Insurance

• 401(k) with 3% employer contribution

• 9 paid holidays + PTO

• Company-provided uniforms and work cell phone

• Training and opportunities for career advancement
