Job Overview: Southern 441 Toyota is seeking highly motivated Express Service Advisors / Writers to join our fast-paced service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in our Express Service department, ensuring quick and efficient service for routine maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers promptly and courteously, scheduling express service appointments for routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections * Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle maintenance needs and explain recommended services * Provide accurate estimates for express service work and obtain customer approval for any additional services * Coordinate with technicians to ensure services are performed quickly and efficiently, minimizing wait times for customers * Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle and any changes in service times or costs * Ensure service documentation, including work orders and service history, is completed accurately * Maintain customer satisfaction in line with company standards by delivering high-quality service and a positive experience * Promote additional maintenance services to help customers keep their vehicles in optimal condition * Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety regulations and company policies Requirements: * Proven experience as an Express Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (a plus, but not required) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build strong relationships * Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in using automotive service software or willingness to learn * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What We Offer: * Competitive pay * Benefits packages including medical, dental, and vision * Paid time off and holiday pay * Paid day off for your birthday * State-of-the-art facility * Career growth opportunities * Ongoing training and development programs Why Southern 441 Toyota?
