Responsibilities
  • Manage parts department, including inventory control and distribution
  • Oversees supplier relationships and negotiating pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Maintains accurate inventory records and conducts inventory audits to prevent shortages
  • Works with service department to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner
  • Communicate with customers and staff on parts and status
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in parts management and inventory control
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management and processes
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Professionalism in appearance and conduct
  • Excellent team player and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with automotive repair and diagnostics is a plus
  • Experience with Nissan or INFINITI preferred but not necessary
