Job Description: ThinkTell Junction We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that engage and inspire our audience. Whether it's a corporate meeting, a gala dinner, or a community outreach program, you will help ensure that every detail is meticulously arranged. Responsibilities: * Assist in the planning and execution of various events including conferences, workshops, and social gatherings.

  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
  • Maintain and manage event budgets, ensuring timely processing of payments and tracking of expenses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and implement event marketing strategies.
  • Prepare event materials such as invitations, programs, and attendee registration lists.
Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
