ERP Data Migration Manager

Job Description: PureLine is implementing NetSuite as our new ERP system, and we are seeking a highly skilled   ERP Data Migration Manager to oversee and execute the migration of data from our legacy ERP system to NetSuite. This role will be instrumental in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency during the transition, and will play a key role in the overall success of our ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of data from the legacy ERP system into NetSuite.
• Design, develop, and maintain processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness throughout the migration process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and NetSuite implementation partners to map and validate data.
• Develop and maintain documentation of migration processes, mappings, and data structures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during testing and post-go-live support.
• Provide ongoing support for data governance, reporting, and system optimization after implementation.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in database management and ERP systems (experience with NetSuite is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of data migration strategies, ETL processes, and data validation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with occasional travel to the Bensenville office.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and business teams.
