We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in the electric vehicle manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of industrial equipment, performing mechanical adjustments, preventive and corrective maintenance, and complying with industrial safety standards. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures, conducting mechanical adjustments, ensuring adherence to industrial safety standards including LOTO procedures, operating forklifts as needed, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS, assisting in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment, monitoring equipment performance metrics, performing routine inspections, developing and updating preventive maintenance documentation, managing critical spare parts inventory, collaborating with Manufacturing and Design Engineers, upholding 5S principles, and being available for weekend and off-shift work as needed. Requirements include proven experience in industrial equipment maintenance within manufacturing or automotive environments, strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, ability to troubleshoot and repair automated machinery, understanding of industrial safety protocols and LOTO procedures, familiarity with CMMS software, forklift operation experience as a plus, and strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently or in a team.
