Job Description

We’re seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of dynamic, engaging events for our clients. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who are organized, enthusiastic, and excited to launch a career in event marketing, brand activation, and experiential marketing . Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing in-person events that align with client goals and brand strategies
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients to provide updates and gather requirements
  • Coordinate event setup and breakdown, manage staff schedules, and support smooth on-site operations
  • Provide on-the-ground support during events, including guest registration, activity coordination, and real-time problem-solving
  • Work closely with internal marketing, creative, and logistics teams to deliver high-quality event experiences
  • Communicate with external vendors to confirm timelines, logistics, and necessary deliverables
  • Gather post-event feedback and help evaluate results to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in preparing post-event reports and use insights to support future event strategies

 

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required — full, paid training provided
  • Strong interest in event planning, marketing, and brand activation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
  • Positive, team-oriented, and collaborative attitude
