We are seeking a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Manager to lead our email strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in marketing automation, particularly with Marketo, and a strong understanding of Salesforce integration to drive personalized and effective email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies leveraging Marketo, focusing on lead nurturing, customer engagement, and conversion.
• Design, build, and optimize complex email programs and automation workflows within Marketo, including drip campaigns, welcome series, and re-engagement flows.
• Manage and segment email lists in Marketo, utilizing data from Salesforce to create highly targeted audience segments for personalized messaging.
• Ensure seamless integration and data flow between Marketo and Salesforce, troubleshooting issues and optimizing the sync for accurate reporting and campaign execution.
• Analyze email campaign performance using Marketo analytics and Salesforce reports, identifying key trends, providing actionable insights, and driving continuous optimization (A/B testing, deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversions).
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align email initiatives with broader business objectives and sales pipelines, often utilizing Salesforce data for sales enablement.
