What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential electrical systems and components.
• Learn how to troubleshoot electrical problems under the guidance of licensed electricians.
• Help ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe.
• Support the team with materials handling, tool prep, and documentation.
• Deliver a great customer experience by being professional, courteous, and helpful.
• Attend ongoing technical and safety training sessions to grow your knowledge and skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–2 years of electrical experience (schooling or hands-on training preferred but not required).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the electrical trade.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• A clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, and drug screening.
