Job Description
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
- Location: 5575 Venture Drive, Unit D, Parma, OH 44130
(Free parking available.)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with potential overtime). No schedule flexibility. First day starts at 8:00 AM
Responsibilities include:
- Separating and opening mail, prepping documents for scanning, and performing glass copies and other duties as assigned.
- Lifting objects between 10-50 lbs, standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting.
- Satisfying customers by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents according to company quality standards.
- Ensuring error-free work by working efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Achieving company production standards by maintaining the Impressions per Hour (IPH) rate.
- Handling simple machine maintenance, such as clearing jams, refilling toner, and replacing machine oil.
- Completing all paperwork in a timely and legible manner.
- Troubleshooting problems by communicating effectively with management.
- Keeping an organized workstation to prevent assembly errors.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Experience in a similar industry is a plus; knowledge of printing and scanning equipment is appreciated.
- Ability to lift 10-50 lbs, stand, sit, bend, twist, and lift as required.
