We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Typist to input, update, and maintain data in our systems from various sources. This role is 100% remote, requires basic computer skills, and is ideal for those looking for flexible, easy-to-manage work-from-home opportunities.
Enter and update data into spreadsheets or databases
Maintain accurate records by reviewing data for errors or missing information
Follow simple data formatting or labeling guidelines
Perform light proofreading or verification of typed information
Organize and sort electronic documents
Meet basic daily or weekly data entry targets
Communicate with team members via email or messaging apps if needed
Basic computer literacy (typing, using a mouse, navigating folders)
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with good accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written instructions and work independently
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not always required)
