Job Title: Custodian (Full-Time)
Location: 12200 Lafayette Center Rd, Roanoke, IN 46783 Available Shifts:

• Monday–Friday, 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM
• Thursday–Sunday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Saturday–Sunday, 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM (Part time Weekends)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at an industrial facility in Roanoke, IN. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working around industrial equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming (shop and office areas)
• Empty trash and recycling containers regularly
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, hallways, and loading dock areas
• Restock essential supplies (paper towels, soap, etc.)
• Operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals safely
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Perform additional cleaning duties as needed

Requirements:

• Prior custodial/janitorial experience preferred, especially in industrial settings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
