Job Description



NBCUniversal's Marketing and Content Partnerships team is industry-leading and award-winning, responsible for delivering groundbreaking campaigns and experiences for the world’s most influential marketers and advertisers. We develop innovative creative campaigns across all platforms and formats, leveraging the power of our networks and the passion of our audiences. The Role :

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative, high-impact co-branded campaigns across NBCU’s portfolio, aligning sponsor goals with NBCU IP.
  • Drive creative ideation and execution in partnership with Sales, Strategy, Development, and Network teams.
  • Develop concepts and produce content for campaigns across Linear, Streaming, Social, and Digital platforms.
  • Manage creative teams (writers, producers, editors, designers) and provide direction throughout production.
  • Collaborate with talent, production, and vendors to deliver on vision, budget, and timelines.
  • Effectively presents and pitches creative concepts internally and externally during pre-sale and post-sale phases.
  • Ensure alignment with content strategy and foster cross-team collaboration.
  • Oversees creative execution with the ability to directs shoots as needed, encouraging innovation and problem-solving.
  • Conceptual thinker and a creative motivator, while also being proactive and detail-oriented

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the creative field
  • Deep knowledge and expertise on creation of social content
  • Knowledge of all NBCU properties (scripted, reality, awards shows, late night, news) with an emphasis on sports and Olympics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines as well as able to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be excellent communicator
  • Ability to travel and work on overtime and on weekends as required by ongoing projects
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Experience and deep knowledge of producing digital and social content, in addition to linear.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with both internal teams and external clients
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing deadlines and schedules.
  • Creative & strategic problem solver.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to a team as well as assess and improve the work of writers, producers, editors and designers in this regard.
  • Excellent grasp and understanding of network branding and voice, tone, manner and style
  • Management experience preferred: TV network, streamer, advertising or related production business.

Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA a minimum of 4 days/week

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week, Monday-Thursday.

Salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 + Sales Incentive Compensation and Long-Term Incentive eligible
