Experience in legal research, drafting pleadings; preparing and responding to discovery; motion practice. Exposure to preparing a case for trial/arbitration. Experience with construction contracts preferred. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and convey competence in terms of the legal issues and the strategic practical issues in construction disputes.
