Location: Greater West Houston (Current Need: Sugar Land, TX 77479)Shifts Available: Friday and Sunday – Steady 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Responsibilities: * Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living assistance, including but not limited to medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care. * Monitor and track client health and well-being, and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor. * Provide companionship and emotional support, with special attention to dementia care needs. * Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation as needed. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities. * Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect clients and maintain a clean and healthy environment. * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best care.
