Job Title: Business Consultant

Location: Orlando, FL (Remote)

Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate financial requirements into system solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and support change management during transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in Agile environments.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the project team.
• Configure and optimize core finance modules including GL, AA, AP/AR, Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing.
• Drive integration efforts across modules (MM, SD, PP) to ensure seamless end-to-end process flows.
• Lead the design and implementation of Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support data migration, testing, and cutover activities during SAP rollouts and upgrades.
• Leverage emerging technologies (SAP BTP, RPA, AI/ML) to enhance financial process automation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements throughout the RTR lifecycle

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP Finance (FI) modules, including General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Science domain is must.
• Must have experience in - SAP Finance/RTR
