Job Description

Join our team at Capital Automotive Group! We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for customers needing vehicle maintenance and repair. If you enjoy helping people, have a strong knowledge of automotive systems, and excel at keeping service operations running smoothly, this is the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to accurately diagnose problems and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance
Provide clear explanations of recommended services and associated costs, building trust and transparency with customers
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to ensure timely completion of work
Collaborate with technicians and team members to maintain a smooth service process
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly, striving for resolution and satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer service role in the automotive industry preferred
Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively with a team
Proficiency in software systems for estimating, scheduling, and invoicing
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
