DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE AN ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER? 

• Majority of time spent in shop leading from an eyes-on-production mindset
• Partner with Shop Manager to ensure excellent communication from the front door to the shop floor.
• Implementing and holding employees accountable to policies outlined in B Street Employee Handbook
• Identify, create, and maintain positive culture in a team
• Take part and ensure quality control checks are being completed
• Ensure employees meeting safety and OSHA standards
• Manage, train, and hire Detailers and detail department
• Handle all sublets and sublet communication
• Quality control of all completed vehicles.
• Utilize a variety of management and estimating systems
• Train with Shop Manager to understand business financials and meet financial goals
• Spend time training in each department before taking on Management responsibilities to ensure you are set up for success as a leader and fully understand all facets of business

HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES

• Maintain a Monday – Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule
• 2-5 years of experience in the auto body/ automotive/ dealership industry, or relatable field preferred but not required. We will teach and train the right candidate.  
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• You must have a valid driver's license
