Activision Publishing is currently looking for an Associate Producer to join the Call of Duty franchise. We are looking for an individual who has a passion and proven track record for producing and launching great games.
As an Associate Producer on Call of Duty, you will be responsible for providing support to the production and development teams across various areas. This entails active participation throughout the entire development process, from pre-production to submission. Specific duties include overseeing PR and Marketing initiatives, Quality Assurance (QA), localizations, ratings, legal clearances, build schedules, play testing, live events, game feedback, and other related aspects of production.
The Associate Producer oversees critical production aspects, including management of significant game features or business initiatives. Additionally, they provide primary support to Producers and Senior Producers.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is 29.81 - 55.14 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
