At Flynn Arby's, we are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our exceptional team. Responsibilities Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required This position offers a robust benefits package, Health Savings Account (HSA), Short & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Legal Plan, Pet Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401(K) Plan + Company Match, Paid Time Off, Employee Resource Group(s), Tuition Reimbursement program through Colorado Technical University, and much, much more!
