Monarch is looking for a Maintenance Technician in the North St. Louis area. This is a steady, year-round job with great pay, benefits, and room to grow.
Pay & Perks:
$22–$24/hr starting pay
$500 Sign-On Bonus (after 90 days)

Job Duties:
Fix and complete work orders
Turn apartments between residents
Handle painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
Preventative maintenance and grounds upkeep
Rotate on-call duty with team
Requirements:
1+ years of maintenance experience
HVAC/EPA certification preferred
CPO certification strongly preferred
Skills in drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
