Requirements
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team for a high-impact project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Python , hands-on experience with AI application development , and deep expertise in cloud-based AI model integration, deployment, and optimization —particularly within Azure AI environments .
This role involves working with modern AI frameworks, implementing advanced AI architecture patterns, and optimizing solutions for real-time, production-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications leveraging Java and Python .
Integrate and optimize cloud-based AI models in Azure , including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search .
Implement advanced AI architecture patterns such as:
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Agentic RAG
MCP (Multi-Chain Processing)
Functional Calling
A2A (Agent-to-Agent) workflows in Azure.
Utilize frameworks and tools such as Spring AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Agno, Pydantic, TensorFlow .
Apply prompt engineering and context engineering strategies to maximize AI output relevance and accuracy.
Work with vector databases and design embedding/chunking strategies for large datasets.
Enable real-time data integration into AI-driven workflows.
Evaluate AI model outputs, optimize for performance, accuracy, and cost.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Cloud Engineering, Product) to align AI solutions with business needs.
Troubleshoot AI integration challenges and implement best practices for scalability and security.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong coding experience in Java and Python .
Hands-on experience in AI application development and deployment.
Proven expertise with AI frameworks : Spring AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Agno, Pydantic, TensorFlow.
Proficiency with Azure AI Services :
Azure OpenAI
Azure AI Search
Understanding of advanced AI patterns: RAG , Agentic RAG , MCP , Functional Calling , A2A .
Expertise in prompt engineering , context engineering , and LLM output optimization .
Experience with vector databases , embedding/chunking strategies .
Familiarity with real-time data integration and streaming.
Ability to evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for production.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment.
Knowledge of security and compliance considerations for AI in cloud environments.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
